Rebar processing

Rebar is cut to the specified length or bent to the required shape in order to adapt it to the site.
This meticulous processing work is carried out in specialized fabrication shops at Auchi Industries.
Although often inconspicuous, encased in concrete, rebar serves as the foundation that ensures the safety and longevity of a building.
As rebar professionals, we provide quality rebar that meets our customers' expectations by processing it into precise shapes based on blueprints.

Rebar Assembly

Traditionally, rebar was formed by a fabricator and then assembled at the construction site, a process that took considerable time.
However, our innovative method dramatically reduces the time required to place and tie the rebar on site by unitizing each rebar section at the factory using spot welding.
This method reduces the use of unnecessary rebar, material loss, and labor requirements compared to normal construction, greatly reducing the cost of rebar installation.
